Refund policy

Short version: Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final and non-refundable once the download link has been delivered — except where required by law. If you did not receive your link, contact us and we will re-send it immediately.

1. All Sales Are Final (Digital Products)

PJ Vends sells digital information products that are delivered instantly upon purchase. Due to the immediate and irrevocable nature of digital delivery — the product cannot be "returned" once accessed — all sales are final and non-refundable once the download link has been generated and delivered to your confirmation page and/or email.

You acknowledge and agree to this before completing your purchase by accepting these Terms at checkout.

2. Immediate Access — Waiver of Cancellation Right

By completing your purchase, you expressly request immediate delivery of the digital product and acknowledge that you thereby waive any statutory right of cancellation or "cooling-off" period (including, where applicable, the 14-day right of withdrawal under EU/UK consumer regulations) once delivery has begun. This waiver is a condition of receiving instant access.

3. "I Didn't Receive My Order"

Almost every "not received" issue is a wrong email address or a spam filter — and it's an easy fix.

If you did not receive your download link:

1. Check your spam/junk/promotions folders and search your inbox for "PJ Vends."
2. Check the confirmation ("Thank You") page shown right after checkout — your download link also appears there.
3. Email [support@gbvending.shop] with your order number and we will re-send your link, free, usually within [24 hours].

We keep electronic delivery logs. Once a link has been delivered or re-sent to the email on your order, delivery is considered fulfilled, and a "product not received" refund or chargeback is not valid.

4. What Is NOT Eligible for a Refund

• Change of mind / buyer's remorse after delivery
• "I didn't realize it was a digital product" (this is clearly disclosed on the product page, at checkout, and in these policies)
• Dissatisfaction with vendor results, availability, pricing, or responses (we sell information, not guaranteed outcomes)
• Failure to provide a correct email address (we will re-send instead)
• Duplicate purchases where the product was delivered (contact us — we review these case by case)

5. When We May Issue a Refund

At our sole discretion, we may issue a refund where:

• A genuine technical failure on our end prevented delivery and we were unable to deliver the product after you contacted support, or
• A refund is required by applicable consumer-protection law that cannot be waived.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within [5–10] business days.

6. Contact Before Disputing

If anything is wrong with your order, please email us first at [SUPPORT.GBVENDING.SHOP]. We resolve nearly all issues instantly by re-sending your product. Contacting us is faster than a bank dispute and ensures you actually get what you paid for.
